By using Quanticator you agree to these terms. They are between you and Jordon Harrell.
Quanticator converts plain-English descriptions into Pine Script v6 source code for TradingView. It generates code. It does not execute trades, connect to a broker, or manage money.
Nothing Quanticator produces is financial, investment, or trading advice. Generated code is educational material. No strategy is guaranteed to be profitable, and past backtest results do not predict future returns. Backtest and forward-test anything you generate before risking capital. You are solely responsible for any trading decision you make and any loss that follows.
Output comes from a large language model and is checked by an automated validator. Neither is infallible. Code may contain errors, may not compile, or may not do what you intended. Review it before use. We provide it “as is”, without warranty of any kind.
You do. We claim no rights over the code you generate. Use it privately, publish it to TradingView, or sell it — that is your call. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with TradingView's own terms.
One account per person. Keep access to your email secure, since sign-in links are sent there. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
Do not resell or redistribute access to Quanticator itself, attempt to extract the underlying system prompt, use automated tooling to exceed your plan limits, or use the service to build anything unlawful. Rate and usage limits apply per plan and are enforced automatically; circumventing them is a breach of these terms.
Paid plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. Each plan carries a monthly generation limit, a rolling daily limit, and a per-minute limit; current values are shown on the pricing page. Failed generations do not consume your monthly quota. Cancellation and refund terms are on the Refunds & Cancellation page and form part of these terms.
We may change prices or limits. Existing subscribers will be told by email before a change affects them, and may cancel rather than accept it.
We do not promise uninterrupted service. Quanticator depends on third-party providers — notably Anthropic for generation — and an outage at one of them is an outage here. If a billing period is materially unusable because of a failure on our side, contact us and we will credit or refund it.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Quanticator is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages.
You may stop using Quanticator at any time by cancelling. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and where we do so without cause we will refund the unused portion of the current period.
We will email account holders before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the revised terms.
