This describes what Jordon Harrell (“Quanticator”, “we”) collects when you use quanticator, why, and who else sees it.
Your email address. Required to create an account. We sign you in with a one-time link rather than a password, so we never hold a password for you.
Your prompts and the code generated from them. Stored against your account so your history is available on your dashboard, and so usage limits can be enforced. Also stored: which model ran, token counts, and whether the generation succeeded.
Compile errors you choose to report. When you tell us generated code failed in TradingView, we store the error text so we can improve the validator.
Billing details. Handled entirely by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, your plan, and its status. We never see or store your card number.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your prompts to train our own models. We have no advertising on the service.
Anthropic receives your prompt in order to generate code. It is sent through the commercial API, which does not use submitted content to train models.
Supabase hosts our database and handles authentication.
Stripe processes payments and stores payment methods.
Each is an independent company with its own privacy policy, and each only receives what it needs to do its part.
Account data and generation history are kept while your account exists. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your profile, prompts, generated code, and error reports. Stripe retains transaction records independently, because payment processors are legally required to.
You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion by emailing harrell.jordon@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we honour these requests regardless of where you are.
The site is served over HTTPS. Database access is restricted by row-level security, so one account cannot read another's data. Payment card data never touches our servers.
We set a session cookie so you stay signed in. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Quanticator is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
If this policy changes materially we will email account holders before it takes effect.
